Our informal association of investors specializes in investments that support the creation and growth of tangible (physical) products. In this area, we primarily focus on start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as unique visionary ideas that bring new opportunities to traditional industrial sectors. We believe that real production and physical products play a key role in the future development of the European economy.
Our priority lies in projects with tangible outcomes, and we are capable of collaborating, if necessary, with leading venture capital firms such as Sequoia Capital (USA), Balderton Capital (UK), or AppWorks (Taiwan). Conversely, we do not focus on software, financial operations, or other projects with intangible outputs—our goal is to invest in long-term manufacturing solutions. However, we are open to investing in corporate securities, such as bonds or shares, if the opportunity aligns with our principles.
In addition to direct investments by our network of investors into production and related services, it is also possible to discuss securing venture capital from foreign sources for large projects. For combined financial support and the launch of necessary business and export services, selected foreign investors and funds focusing on company development and subsequent successful sales, such as Hillhouse Capital (China) or Benchmark (USA), are excellent partners. These potential strategic partnerships enable funding for even the most ambitious and large-scale projects with exceptional growth potential, particularly in distant export markets. For local and European projects, traditional forms of financing can also be discussed, thanks to our collaboration with J&T Bank and Raiffeisen Bank.
Our expertise extends beyond investments to providing comprehensive consulting for the development and restructuring of companies. We primarily assist with planning and executing export and import activities, but we also offer limited support in optimizing production processes, developing new products, creating marketing strategies, and managing human resources. For selected projects, we provide free consulting, with the agreement that upon achieving the set goals, we claim an agreed-upon share in the company. This approach allows us to closely collaborate with partners to achieve their success and growth.
We can also discuss terms of cooperation with associations such as Invest Europe (Belgium) and NVCA (USA), which offer comprehensive support and expertise for the growth of your business. Additionally, we are capable of assisting you with the sale of your company.
